Apple Butter

Here is a simple recipe for Apple Butter

 

7 c. of applesauce

3 c. of white sugar

1 tsp. of cloves

2 tbsp. of cinnamon

2 tbsp. of vinegar

Put in crock pot and mix together. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Stir occasionally.
